Help unable to send sms

Can anybody help?

I am unable to send sms whilst my data network mode is active.
When i turn off my data network mode everything is fine and i can sms all i want to.

I think when you sms some one, the data is send or receiving.
in this situation sms don't be sent.

I'm having the same problem since I updated to 2.3.4 using Kies. I contacted T-Mobile UK (My provider) and they couldn't help
