I have Serendipity 7 and changed modems since the JV6 that came with it wasn't working well in my area. JK4 worked fine but I was unable to send texts. I could receive but not reply or send new messages. I then loaded KG3 modem but have the same issue. What could be causing this? Also, does anyone know if Serendipity 8 is compatible with my Captivate? Thanks.
