Help Unable to set downloaded ringtones in some apps.

I set a different alert tone for my google voice, facebook messenger, facebook, regular sms, whatssap etc, I do that so when I get a message from certain app. I don't even have to look because I know where the message/alert is coming from.

Yesterday I did a factory reset on my phone and now I got all my apps downloaded again, I want to set different ringtone but, I don't see tones in the list! When I go to settings (in the app) then notifications, then set ringtone I don't see my alert tones in the list, I only see the default ringtones (from factory) It's kinda weird because, on whatsapp I see all my ringtones and I'm able to set the tone I want, however, on facebook, facebook messenger, google voice etc, I don't see my tones in the list.

Does anyone have an idea why?? thanks!

The reset wipes your ringtones. That's normal. You needed to save them first, before doing the reset.

I'm aware of that. I already downloaded all my ringtones back and they won't show up in the list
