Help Unable to sync apps with Facebook login failed try later

Hi guys

For some reason every time I try to do "sync apps with facebook" I get a message saying login failed however if authorised the app anyway bit the login failed and thus won't sync my calendars etc but I try it later then it says "authorised SamsungGALAXY" but it still then shows the very same message.

I have tried to...

Reboot the app ( Facebook )
Restart the Samsung tablet.
uninstalling facebook
removed facebook account
wiped out all data twice to factory settings.
Removed SamsungGALAXY from Facebook apps a lot of times.
turned off platform app and then turned it on again.

Please help since I hAve no idea what to do now.

I am having the same trouble as well. I tried even clearing the cache and deleting the Facebook data to see if that would work. Nothing seems to help.

What exactly are you supposed to click on this page? Not sure exactly what program to update/download in the playstore?

I don't see a Galaxy Apps icon or Samsung store icon. I have a SG3 and not a 4. Does that make a difference?

If your phone (like my phone) doesn't have a Galaxy Apps or Samsung Apps application installed you have to install or update the Google app. That will automatically update SNS. Everything will work correctly after that.

Go to: The Google Play store
Type in Google.
Install the Google app.
(If it's already installed) Update the Google app.
