My Verizon rep could not get my photos to move from my old Droid 2 gallery to new Maxx gallery. Any suggestions?

There are a few options. You could plug the old phone into a PC and copy the photos to the PC, then plug the new phone in and copy them back. You could copy them to a PC over Wifi with an app like Airdroid and avoid using cables. Or you could use a cloud service like dropbox or box or google drive, and upload them from one device and then download them to the new device.
