I've been trying to update my roaming capabilities and it just isn't working. I will dial *228 and for a brief second, a number pad will come up and it will disappear leaving me listening to the system and telling me to choose an option when I am unable to. The screen will go black and no matter what I press, it will not come back. I've had to take out my battery because I don't know what it is doing when the message stops speaking. Does anyone know what is happening?
