Apps unable to upload app

I am trying to upload an app to android market but wasn't able to.

When i select the apk file and click upload. It does nothing and after 5 to
10mins i get an error message "something went wrong".
Is there anything that I did wrong or?

Not sure. Just make sure you that you compiled it correctly by exporting a signed apk file.

Just a FYI... this has happened to me before and it just ended up being googles servers or something odd going wrong on the website. I can't remember how I fixed it... so I think it just went away
