Help Unable to View Bluetooth Files and Polaris office doeant wrk

Have transfer few .txt and .pdf files frm laptop, unable to see any of those files on my LG OPTIMUS BLACK, trying to open Polaris Office,but it seems to hang e'time i open..

You would better use a file manager. It can be downloaded from the market for free of cost.
