Unbind an activity from an intent?

For example, when I hold downsearch, I get the option to handle it with voice search or Handcent Quick compose. If I choose one to manage it always, how do I change it later?

i also tried figuring this out...only way i see how to do it is if you uninstall one of the apps then re-install it....i searched every settings menu this thing has and nothing says anything about default application for anything

Ahah, my brother showed me. You have to go into settings -> applications -> manage applications -> select the application which is currently the default for an activity, and then there's an option to clear defaults.
