Thank you so much this is my favorite phone its been down since February. It is now fixed and it only took 20minutes after download for me. Thank you thank you thank you :)

So quick question.
I had this problem since September 2016 and while attempting to solve this problem the first thing I did was reset the phone. Im not sure if it did anything bad, but a battery charging screen doesnt show up anymore when its charging and computers cant detect it when its plugged in via USB. I know that theres probably no solution to my case, but I wanna give it a try, and one more thing. The drivers that recognize the 5054N: are they automatically installed after you extract and install the drivers, or must you include it in some option in the D6UUPUo-Latest.exe? Thanks for your time.

IVE been having this issue for months now and still have the same issue as you it notices the device in the device manager as adb bootloader i dont know if thats the right one cause it shows me different ones to choose manualy but same issue with it off then plug it in starts to load and gets stuck on the alcatel one touch screen

I think that our problem, MCOREY is that since the phone is set on google device set up on startup since we reset our phone, it blocks various features until a user has logged in and configured settings to desires standards such as the MTP feature that this program takes advantage of to reinstall the drivers. This is the feature that allows you to access android files while it's plugged into a PC. We cant hack our phones since we cant even access the bootloader, but I do know of some custom Linux kernels that may bypass this feature. I'll post the download if I find one.

So apparently your device does receive into from your phone because it can detect and recognize it as an android phone. The adb bootloader I'm assuming is what loads the custom android IS on your device, so maybe try updating it via properties to fix the phone. My phone isn't even detected though, so I will have to look into that.

For you noobs that keep on asking about those links:

D6UUPUO-Latest.exe:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwBw9a_6fkKUN2FrNnZkWW4tVDA/view?usp=sharing

Android_USB_Driver_Qualcomm.rar
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwBw9a_6fkKUZTBuTXZPWFY0dm8/view?usp=sharing

for the Android USB driver installer, just download Winrar by googling it, and downloading it! Simple as that and then you can open it, or maybe your default file extracter can open the file. Quick note: if your computer is alerted when you plug in the phone, then you dont need the USB installer! Good luck to all those of you with your bricked phones!

Does it say error code during the download or during the usb setup? If it's something that occurs after the download during the configuration, please explain more thoroughly how it occurred/the program you received it from.
