Root underclocked to much? any idea?

so basIcally i had to pull the battery to reboot. but 5 min later it wouldnt wake. i was over clocked 1.4 . was undervolt .3 min for screen off volt for that freq was 800
fones lagging quite a bit. someone tell me i didnt fry my phone

i don't undervolt my opinion is that it does nothing for battery life and only lowers performance although i do underclock down to 61mhz cause there is a noticeable difference in battery life

i leave the voltages at there default levels

How much lag do you have when waking up your phone when its underclocked to 61MHZ? When I underclock to even around 100 or 200MHZ Pandora's music gets unbearable choppy and it takes a min or 2 to get the phone to wake and actually be usable...

i switched to 61mhz underclock from 24mhz. at 24 mhz playing music with the screen off would lag but everything is perfect at 61mhz i haven't experienced any kind of lag at all running with min set to 61 mhz also it coulld be my settings

my cpu settings:
max-1.4ghz
min.-61mhz
governor-smartassV2
I/O scheduler-vr
this is on miui with Austrie's overclock kernel also you might wanna keep an eye on your free ram that might be causing the lag on your music keep unnecessary apps closed apps like maps, market, taptap, the phandroid app as well suck up the phones ram

thank you! it already seams smoother since i killed the undervolting abd bumped my min up. does neone know of a way to check if ur processor has been harshed or royally screwed.

Undervolting should not harm your processor in any way. Basically, it messes up because it's not getting enough power. It's like your car running out of gas, basically.
