Undo remember password on Samsung Moment

I'm sure this has been asked before, but how do you undo a saved password on the Samsung Moment for Facebook & Yahoo mail?

In the browser I guess. There are icons on the main screen that take you directly to Facebook & Yahoo. I accidentally hit "remember password" on both & want to undo it on the off chance my phone gets lost or stolen.

Goto settings. Clear the cache, cookies, and history.
