Undocumented Galaxy J2 Symbol

After turning on my travel Samsung Galaxy J2 phone to update software (as needed), there was a symbol in the Status Bar I had not seen before. It was a circle with a line through it. That symbol is not shown on the Status Bar page in the manual.

I re-started the phone and the symbol was no longer there. Anyone know what that symbol was/is?

could it possibly be a no cell signal symbol?

by "no cell" do you mean no Wi-Fi?

no....cellular (3G,4G,5G......etc)
