Help "Unfortunately, app stopped working" message

I have a Galaxy note 10.1 and got a very annoying problem."Unfortunately, Happy music stopped working" this message appears ever 5 seconds. I tried clear data,force stop and disable the app but no success. I have tried factory reset and Hardware reset but still no solution works. I can't work on my tablet because it keeps hanging in between these messages.

I have the same problem, i tried factory reset, cache delete but i still can't acces my phone.
