Root (unfortunately custom command has stopped}

Need more info/details before anyone can help. Like:
1. What did u do (exactly, or try) that caused that response?
2. What other changes/modifications did u make before u started getting that response?
 
well i really didnt do anything. i had dropped it and cracked the screen so while i had that fixed i transfered my phone number to another phone. when i went to put my number back onto the zte as the operator walked me thru the process of manually programming it thats the error message i got. it was at the step were they had me enter the SID code.
my phone was rooted and i had cyonegenmod with jb on it
 
Hmm... I know a few other ppl that had similar issues about reactivation after rooting/ROMing. Have u tried flashing/going back to stock and THEN reactivation? I ask cuz sometimes there's data in a stock ROM/OS that the carrier needs to interact with their system.. :confused:
 
Yes I went back to stock but it didn't solve the problem either. I wonder if I am able to somehow speak the codes will it work :-\
