Help Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped

I recently rooted my phone. Afterwards, I deleted the carrier bloatware.
The Messaging app was working until about 3 hours ago (that would be about 1815 Eastern Time) I get the message "Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped" anytime I try and create a new message or respond to one sent.

I have tried disabling and re-enabling Messaging. No good.
I cleared the cache in Messaging. No good.
I cleared the cache and force stopped the process. No good.
I cleared the cache and force stopped the process and restarted the phone. No good.
Cleared the cache on the whole phone and restarted. No good.
I did a factory reset on the phone. No good.

Any suggestion on what to try next?

Did the factory reset reinstall the bloatware?
Have you tried installing another messaging app (like GO SMS)?
What exactly did you remove?

1. No
2. Yes they work, rather use Messaging though
3. I am not sure.

Well I have no idea then. It clearly was something messaging relied on. Could be carrier specific. I think MetroPCS has some MMS issues after removing bloatware. Sorry I can't be more help.
