Lg volt ls740 on boost network, settings somehow will not load. I get the unfortunately settings has stopped pop up. I can't access settings from anywhere on my device. I was rooted, did a factory reset and forced reboot recovery because of this pop up. My device is no longer rooted and I can't root because I don't have access to the settings to allow for unknown sources or developer options. I can't get into anything, it's a mess however I'm not bricked. Anyone out there please help. I've googled everything and can't find a solution.
