Help Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped? on my new Note 7

Anyone know any fixes for this. Was on the phone with Sprint for 45 minutes, still isn't fixed. Was told to take it in to the store. Trying to avoid that if possible. Seems to only happen with short code messages. Any suggestions?

have you done a hard reset? phone i would think is to new for you to have to much data on it.

I found that it's connected to voice mail when messages are left. Delete the voice mail message and the error message goes. This had been reported elsewhere and something to do with the phone being manufactured in certain counties.
