Help unfortunately , the process com.android.phone has stopped

Every time my friend calls me I get this and I have to call back because I can't pick up. So now it just started happening to my girlfriend and I can't have this. I just unrooted and still it doesn't work... I don't know what to do now. Can someone please help me. They both have T-Moble by the way.
