Hi guys new member,

For some reason my Galaxy S3 has started showing this message when I turn it on and wont let me do anything beyond the home screen. I've looked in other places and they said to make some changes on the phone but it seems to be stuck in a cycle of restarting within 30 seconds of being turned on meaning I can't do anything. Does anyone know what to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What variant of galaxy s3?what rom are you using stock?or custom?
Is it frequent?like if you press ok then it will pop up again?then if no you can go to setting then erase data and cache of phone in the apps manager..or erase data and cache of android system..if nothing helps...you need to install a new rom that will do the fix

Yeah it's a stock S3 and the message pops back up about 10-20 seconds after I press ok so I can't even attempt to factory reset it.

You can factory reset it in recovery (with phone off hold in Power, Home and volume up) use the volume buttons to navigate to factory reset, use Home to select it.
I'd try clearing cache (also in recovery) first though
