How do I uninstall an software update on sony xperia phone
 
There's no "uninstall". You installed new firmware that took the place of the old firmware - which is no longer in the phone. Unless you did a nandroid backup, or you can find a pre-update ROM, you're stuck with the current version. (Unless the carrier has really great tech support in its stores, and you can find someone who has an old version of the firmware and will flash it for you.)
