Uninstall App from Apps Download List

I went to purchase the acircuit live wallpaper app.
The transaction failed to go through because my bank blocked it, as it was less than

I'm only new to all this but I think if you go into the market place on your phone - go to downloads - it will list all the downloads you have. On the botom right there is an uninstall buton. Press this and follow the directions.

The app isn't actually installed, so the uninstall button does not appear.
Even though the transaction did not go through, because the bank blocked it, the app is sitting there in the downloaded apps list saying purchased.
It's not the end of the world, but it is winding me up seeing it there in the downloads list and not being able to get rid of it.
