how do i uninstall an application luncher i installed by rooting it to my phone

How can you "root" an application launcher "to your phone"? The sentence doesn't make sense. You root the phone, you don't root an application to the phone. Just go to Application manager, find the launcher you installed and uninstall it. Whether your phone was rooted when it was installed or not has nothing to do with uninstalling it.
