Root Uninstalled Task Manager =/

Accidentally uninstalled the Task Manager app that runs when you select the button at the bottom of the application switcher (holding the home button). Now every time I hit the Task Manager button the phone freezes and forces me to reboot.
Can anyone email me the Task Manager files so I can reinstall it? Or anyone have a solution so I don't keep accidentally freezing my phone?

It's an install from the Samsung Apps icon in the Applications I believe? v1.5 was just released today for me.
