Uninstalling Lookout

How the heck do you unistall this app? everytime i try i says it was unsecessful, ive ended the process and rebooted with no luck....

Have you tried from within the market under "My Apps"? Go to Lookout and press uninstall.

Does it have admin rights that need to be removed before you can uninstall?

I'm pretty sure you can configure Lookout to prevent itself from being uninstalled, as a protection against malicious apps doing that. Make sure that's not enabled.

In Lookout options there is a box you need to uncheck to be able to uninstall it.

You have to go into your security function and make sure it's not selected as a device administrator. It drove me nuts for months until I figured out how to get it of my phone. I hated it!
