Root uninstalling themes

I have installed the nextheme on my droid 2 over the unleashed 2.7 and want to go back to the stock rom...is there an easy way to uninstall the theme or do I have to reboot in recovery and restore? (because I didn't backup right before I installed the theme)

You will have to restore to one of your restore points

I think JDunc meant restoring one of your back-ups you made prior to installing the theme. Its always good to do that just in case something goes wrong or you dont like the theme. Hopefully you did.
