Help uninstalling windows

i bourgt my Xperia X10 and it had Windows as the OS how would i uninstall windows and install android ??

Where did you buy this device? Cos I can't see how it can have Windows on it. XDA haven't even managed to crack the boot loader yet so how could it be cleaned out and Windows installed on it. Confused much?!
