Searching for some new roms and came across these adds ons

they are universal for all phones and roms and i guess increase the quality of the camera and audio.

Just had a look on the linked XDA thread form the above sites and they mention a link to a .rar and editied stuff in /system/etc .... am i right in assuming we just flash the zips in recovery?
