Hello!
My Galaxy S6 has been practically bricked. The screen is completely unresponsive to any touch, only the physical buttons work properly. Restarting the device (volume + power buttons for 7 seconds) does not fix this. Occasionally a blue line will flicker across the screen.
I was messing with the accessibility settings and turned something on called "universal switch." The settings closed after this "feature" was turned on and my screen was immediately unresponsive.
I have no clue what to do, as there isn't much I can figure out with the screen being completely unresponsive. Any suggestions are helpful, and if any more information is needed I can provide it. Thanks!
