Help Unknown error code when installing app

Why do I get an error when trying to install Pandora? It says - 24

I did a factory reset and it let me install it but then forced closed whenever I try to open it. I'm installing a cracked version that I have on all my devices

Why don't you use the unmodified (un-cracked) version?

Evidently you had Pandora on that phone before, deleted it but didn't first remove the data. So the installation thinks the app is already installed - that's why the error 24. It's not installed, so you can't remove the data.

(Maybe cracking it damages it somehow so that when you uninstall it, it fails to uninstall its data.)

I get the same problem when I use the untracked version
