What is the 'little guy' in the lower right?
How do I remove him? See below.

Check under Settings>Accessibility>Accessibility Menu and see if you have an option to turn that off. If it's not exactly that, it's related to something in your accessibility settings.

On my Samsung it's under Settings > Accessibility > Advanced Settings > Accessibility button. Brian's location will be for a more standard Android (Samsung modify everything). If you have trouble most phones these days let you search for settings.
