Help unknown notification sound

I keep getting a notification sound for no reason. This is happening ALL the time! I have no clue where it's coming from. Checked all apps, used a cleaning app that I already had installed, didn't work. I've never heard this app. I read what other people with the exact saying so I'm going to try them. Some of the questions I didn't understand. They were questions for an IPHONE I thought. Bottom line if I have to listen to this ding all day I'm going have a nervous breakdown! Like RIGHT NOW!!

What does it show in the notification pulldown?

So '...happening ALL the time...' is kind of vague. Does this notification sound happen every ten minutes? Once an hour? Or is it random like a couple of times an hour and then nothing for a few hours?
