Unknown ongoing application

Hello, I have Samsung Galaxy S2. When I open my phone bar, there is ongoing application. When I click on it, it prompt me to use either "Package installer" with Android icon or "Verify and install" with Google icon. I don't know what does it want me to install but I'm afraid it might be a virus even though I was using Norton antivirus all the time. It says something like: "com.phonetools.flash" but it keeps changing and now its: "com.phonesoft_tool.C...". I'm not sure when did this problem start.

If you long-press on the notification, you should get an "App Info" button to pop up, which should take you directly to the Manage Apps screen of the app generating the notification, where you should be able to disable its ability to generate notifications or uninstall it completely.
