Help unknown sources

Hey

I bought myself ± 3/4 years ago a beautiful android radio.
Worked fine only there were more settings and apps from the previous owner.
I could not get rid of it and I put the radio in the factory state.

Should have known that the Chinese radio went back into Chinese.
But after a bit puzzling, and Chinese "read" ;0) , this has come back well.

Well now I have the following problem:

When I see security settings are "unknown sources".
These could I normally checkbox only for me, this gray and does nothing.

Someone who knows how to turn it on again?

It run on android 4.4.4.

Try to restart the device if it doesn't fix it im afraid you have to factory reset once again it should fix the propblem.

Tell me one thing did you able to install application from the web previously if not and you havent tried it i think you device doesnt support it so the unknow option is diabled by default.

Most of the bugs go away if the device is rebooted if not factory reset will or should fix all the problems..

I have instald programms from google play.
Al the others are "unknon sourser"

Before i did the factorysettings it words fine and i can install all kind of programms
After it stay gray.
I think it must be a settings.
Bud where?

On a other site the have found out how it works.
Factory Settings, password 126- Other - unchecked Disable App Install

So, i post it here for if anyone has the same problem..
