Hi guys, I have quite a unique situation I can't figure out. I have an old college friend who is my friend on facebook; but I don't need or want her in my phone book. The problem is, she recently got married and now has the same name (first and last) as my mother! Now her contact is syncing with my mother (who is in my phone book, but not on facebook.) For the rest of my contacts, syncing works great, and just as intended, but I'd really like to un-link those two contacts. Is this possible?

can you not just manually change them? or list your mom as "mom"?
I have the same problem. My wife and my sister both have the same name and even though I added middle names in their contacts the DROID still sees them as the same person. This was NOT and issue on my Curve. I ended up deleting them and changing the names to firstname wife and firstname sister. I did however notice later playing with the settings that there was a join option and later a split option, but I haven't had time to play with it.
