I bought a Casio CA201L model in Korea, and it is unlocked, except that I am unable to send texts. How can I unlock this feature, or is there an option that I need to find to make texting available?

Make sure you have a simcard if you carrier provides one, if you don't have one you cannot send texts unless you download a freeware texting app from the playstore that allows texting over wifi.
A good example of this would be Kik
Otherwise you might want to go into your carrier store to see if you device needs to be manually activated.
