Hi.

I've been trying to get a unlock code so I can use other than T-Mobile SIM in it. I have talked to T-Mobile, but they claim, that the can not find the code for my phone. I have also tried to buy a code online (unlock2go), and they were also not able to find a code for my IMEI number.

Anyone know what could be the reason of this? Is there anything else I can try? I currently live outside of the US, so the phone is useless when I can only use it with T-Mobile.

I can only think that you got the IMEI code wrong. How did you get it? It's printed in the battery compartment, plus there's a code you can enter on the dialpad that will give it to you.

Open the dialer, and punch in *#06#.

ETA: corrected the code.
