Help Unlock pattern for Xperia x10

Afternoon folks hope all is well. Query own a Xperia x10 and am getting a bit peeed of with the unlock screen pattern on phone does anyone know of another app which is free and would use a password instead of the pattern

The Question is a general Android question not just restricted to the X10 handset, some guides and mods seem to over clean the site???

Settings > security > set unlock pattern

With this you can set a pattern code through 9 points

Tinkk I think it was the pattern lock that he was wanting to move away from to something like a pin number input.
