Help Unlock Question

[mr.elantra]

If I've debranded my X10 and rooted it to th X10i version R2BA026. Does this mean that it is unlocked? I was thinking of selling the unit but one of the questions I was asked is "is it unlocked".
Thank you

debranding is totally different

if your phone is locked it will stay locked until you unlock it
