Root Unlock/Root MetroPCS L9 P769?

I've been with this phone for a month now. It's MetroPCS's phone on T-Mobile's network (SIM card).

I recently did the OTA update from v10b to v10d.

I'm still on the stock ROM.

What would be the best/quickest root method for this device, as well as bootloader unlock method?

I've read up around here that some have already managed unlocking and flashing this ROM to it.

I'm still pretty noobish when it comes to unlock/root. So any advice/help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I followed just two of them.. the one click root and then editing the build prop for moving apps to SD card. if you want to flash roms without error messages you'll have to follow the link about unlocking boot loader.
