Help Unlock swype

My unlock swipe is disapearing at times, i will have to reboot the phone inorder for it to come back. Any suggestions?
 
Go to 'settings' then 'Language and Keyboard' Make a check the 'Swype' keyboard, and remove checks for all other keyboards, this should resolve your issue.
 
Go to the swype site and sign up to be part of the beta.
I use to have it but than i realized its actually faster to use the normal or onscreen keyboard lol.
 
oh I saw the beta sign up. I thought it was not in beta... with the amount of talk there was about the program I didn't realize they were pulling a google ;).. isn't google.com still in beta? (j/k)

Guys,

The beta swype I got does not work and the screen just flashes when I try to swype. I can though select the letters to make up the words vs. swiping. Any ideas or any ideas on the version and stuff?

I had a similar issue once. Not sure if you are experiencing the same problem, if so...try this.

Push and hold your finger down on the "type to compose" part of your message screen. When "Input Method" pops up click it, turn off Swype, then repeat this and turn Swype on again.
 
I was a part of the beta, but I use my hardware keyboard and Gingerbread Keyboard as my keyboards. I don't see myself using Swype anytime again soon to be honest.
