hi all i have this problem to this phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked and i finde some solution, but you need EFS recovery files but this files must be similar model for your phone, carier and model moste be simple, then you must install twrp manager and recovery EFS files, if somone have G3 D850 and give me link of Recovery EFS files i will be very glad
