Unlock?

Where can i get it unlocked? I tried the $5 on ebay unlock method through the app and it has been 24hrs and they told me the servers where down for maintenance yesterday. Where else can i find an unlock for this phone?
 
The carrier that supplied probably. But they'll only unlock if there's no outstanding contract on it.

Sometimes in shopping malls and things, there's booths and stalls that do unlocks, minor repairs, sell cases, etc. could try one of them

MetroPCS won't give the unlock info for a phone unless it has been active for a minimum of 90 consecutive days

Haha I almost forgot about that the first thing I did was install nova launcher and disable or hide every app that isn't useful to me. Yes the device unlock app is something T-Mobile has been adding to their phones for a while now except with them you can unlock the phone as soon as it is paid off. With MetroPCS though, almost all the phones they sell are discounted so they won't unlock it for free until you've had it active with them for 90 consecutive days so that they can make up for how cheap they sell their lower and mid end devices. You can still get your phone unlocked by a 3rd party if you are willing to pay a fee though.
 
Just applied for the ebay $5 unlock..still waiting. Will test drive Metro SIM for the 30 days in my Nexus 6. Swap my TMO $70 Unlimited everything SIM into the ZMax once the unlock is successful. Cheers!

Yeah still waiting on mine it seems the metropcs server is down or something like that, hopefully today comes back up and they can complete my unlock.
 
Unfortunately the terms and conditions would be like a 90 day waiting period unless you are military or military family affiliated,But! There is hope I checked out this guy on eBay for about 5 bucks (thought it was a scam nothing really to lose) sure enough waited the time period as explained and bingo! Got the perm unlocked... Now I did a factory reset on my phone because when you do the unlock the keyhole icon disappears for good so I tested something ... The keyhole app comes back if you factory reset and if you do the unlock it will say fail follow by a "this device is permenantly unlocked " so nothing really to worry about. Anyways I switched over to T-Mobile pictures for proof and as well as the eBay seller if you need more proof hmu

I used the same unlocker I think, did it a week or two ago, took about 4-5 hours to get unlock authorization. The email actually took about a day to get to me but I kept trying the unlock app after sending my info to the seller and it worked after less than 5 hours.
 
i got it from the same guy in uk, mines failed though for some reason? just ordered another unlock with a different seller.
 
Is was just slow...you should wait it out. Did you get any response/email from seller? I got an email telling me it was done, but I had already tested and unlocked before that email arrived. It was followed by an eBay email confirming 'delivery' of my purchase.
