hi everyone.
i got samsung gt i5700 phone. someone severally tried pattern to unlock the phone and now it requires my google account to sign in and unlock the phone. I have tried my gmail account but it doesnt work, replies as invalid id or password. but i am 100% sure both username and password is right but it doesnt work.....please someone help

You could try the gmail password recovery option on a PC, then enter your new password into the handset to see if that works?

One thing you must make certain of when you use your Google credentials to unlock a phone is that it must have an active data connection so Google's servers can authenticate it. If you had both wifi and mobile data off at the time the pattern lock max was reached, I fear you may have to perform a factory reset to get your phone back.
