You can obtain PIN from operator (originally, PIN is written on SIM card agreement or in SIM card package). If someone has changed the PIN, then you have 3 (at least) choices :
- think hard and try to recall it
- type wrong PIN few times and then use PUK (should be also written on agreement or in SIM package) to enter new PIN. I think the easiest way is to give your SIM to other phone, change PIN (type wrong time manytimes and then use PUK to change; maybe it's also possible to change it if you know PUK) and then use this new PIN in DHD.
- there's way how to change PIN on Android (anyway, you need PUK to do this) : Entering PUK code? - Android Help
