Can I get an unlocked S4 Mini that will have 4G/LTE service, through Straight Talk, in the United States?
I think the LTE on the 9195 is not compatible with 4G/LTE service in the United States, and the 9197 is for Australia only. (See the quote at the bottom of this one, from http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s4-mini/814225-where-buy-unlocked-mini-in-usa.html
But I see from

that U.S. Cellular sells a no-contract S4 Mini that does have 4G/LTE. But no-contract doesn't necessarily mean that it's unlocked, right? And I think other vendors sell branded versions of the S4 Mini that work with their 4G/LTE networks. But I couldn't make those work with a system like Straight Talk, could I?
