Root Unlocking NAND on Indulge

I figured I'd start a separate thread on this. While googling for %subj%, I stumbled upon this thread on xda-developers:

That's probably the best lead i've seen yet. Typically when it comes to nand unlocking I can't find crap but references to unrevoked. I gotta watch the video's to the WIP unlocking Nand part. As to the still fresh post, not sure how simple root with /nand will work. So far is still don't know what the hell the NAND is and how its locked.

I wish there was just a way to simply hit some unlock command to unlock the whole nand.

That is extremely interesting, looks like if we can figure out how to get in we can program it to an all unlocked state, then we should be able to root.

Been asking about if unrevoked would work for samsung indulge for ****ing ever. Especially after i found out it was nand locked, and nand lock refers to unrevoked in all guides i've read.

Yeah but they have a different version of unrevoked for every phone model and there all HTC phones.

it also works with hboot that htc has installed on their phones which the sammys do not
