I have Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus and I wannt to instal custome ROM and for that I need to install twrp recovery. But its not installing due to OEM is still locked that means even after insatlling twrp the device boots into stock recovery. I tried everything to unlock OEM but it just says
remote: oem unlock is not allowed even when its on in developer menu.
