Help Unlocking site

I need a recommendation for a site to unlock my Galaxy S. I am currently locked to Bell, but am selling the phone next week when I upgrade to S3. My friend is on Telus, but needs my phone. With so many unlock sites, I am wary of just giving out my credit card info. Can anyone suggest a site that would be safe? Thanks for any help.

Why not try "Samsung galaxy unlock" app available free from okay store/market ..
I personally don't trust internet, do you not have private mobile phone repair shops.... Here in the U.K I could go to one pay
