Unlocking ZTE Supreme

[Android Question]

Hello, i was just wondering how to go about unlocking my virgin mobile supreme phone? i already have the unlock code but i just need to know how to get to the network lock screen to enter it. i have a different SIM card that was suppose to bring it up as other forums suggested but it did not work. any help is much appreciated.

If the SIM card doesn't bring up the unlock screen. the phone isn't locked against that SIM.
